Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with the pipe wrapped in foam and bubble cushioning so it arrives intact. If a piece reaches you chipped or cracked, send a photo within the stated window and we will replace it. Unused pipes in their original protective packaging can be returned under our standard policy; for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a pipe that has been used or cleaned.
