Cannabis curbside pickup lets you order ahead online or by phone and collect your purchase in a reserved parking spot outside a licensed retailer, usually in under ten minutes. You stay in your vehicle, show your ID through the window, and a staff member brings the order out to you. It sits neatly between delivery and an in-store visit: faster than browsing shelves, and simpler than waiting on a courier.

What Is Cannabis Curbside Pickup?

It is a pre-order service in which a dispensary or hemp retailer hands your packed order to you at the curb. Rules vary by state and city, and some areas limit curbside service to medical patients, so confirm with the shop before you drive over.

Packaging and Product Specs

Orders arrive in sealed, child-resistant packaging with a batch label listing product type, cannabinoid content, and a lab-test code you can scan. Hemp-derived CBD containing no more than 0.3% THC is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, while high-THC cannabis stays state-regulated. Store oils, tinctures, and edibles in a cool, dark place and keep them away from children and pets.

Shipping, Returns, and Order Accuracy

Because pickup orders are handed over in person, check the bag before you drive away; most shops correct a missing or damaged item on the spot with your receipt. Shipped CBD orders from the same retailer typically follow standard carrier timelines, and unopened items are usually eligible for return under the store's published policy.
